I have learnt so much about nutrition and how to fuel my body right, so many positive changes have come since doing it. Not just my scale weight and body shape changing but my skin is better, my sleep is better, I’m not suffering with headaches anymore and my confidence has grown massively!
I needed to be able to reach my goals but at home to work around the kids and the workouts are great, again they are tailored to my goals, it’s not one size fits all and they are really structured.
