I'm so pleased that I found Stacey. I joined at the end of January and I've not looked back. For years, I've despised the way I look, refuse to go... read more out because I can't find clothes that fit me, have such a poor relationship with food, etc and would eat a whole bar of chocolate every night, convinced that I needed it in my life. I've started 'diets', lost weight and then it all creeps back on again. I'm always starving on these diets and tended to do silly amounts of cardio every day to earn myself treats and shift fat. It was never focused on getting stronger physically and mentally like Stacey's approach. I truly believe she sets you up for life and I won't fall back into my old ways. She coaches you so perfectly, sends you video check-ins weekly, chats to you throughout the week and has even offered to help me in the gym. I'd never say foot in a gym and since, I've joined RT Fit and am so confident in all weight/strength workouts. I've met some amazing people in Stacey's fitness chat, we all share food ideas and spur each other on. Stacey is your biggest fan and what she has done for me mentally, I can't thank her enough. Years of me despising myself and having really warped views about food, exercise and illness, have all been undone. I feel stronger, my hair is finally growing, I'm not sluggish, I don't make poor food choices, I'm more organised than I've ever been with batch cooking, I enjoy food more now and I'm not as fussy and I know it's OK to take a step back when I'm ill as it won't undo progress. I have lost over 2 stone which is great but for me, what Stacey has done for me mentally, is the biggest win. I must also add, I've had birthdays, holidays, events, I've had some cake here and there from my favourite cake shop and I have still managed to see progress, lose weight and get stronger. It really is the best thing I've ever done for me. I only regret not joining Stace sooner as everything else I've done in the past, is just so unhealthy in comparison. If you are thinking of joining, you definitely should. I never thought it would work for me and I'm a different person 5 months in. I never thought I had enough time to fit workouts in and baxth cooking and it turns out, I have time to do absolutely everything. I know life will be different for me moving forward - I'm a much stronger, educated and healthier version of me. All thanks to this wonderful lady! She's the best in the business and once you've started, you know you're going to succeed. There's no 'ifs' with Stace. It's all about the 'when'. I see this now and I'm so optimistic about my future and the journey we're on together.

I have learnt so much from Stacey and the process, from how to fuel my body to make me feel amazing, what exercises I need to do for my specific goals and also that it is ok to have a treat when I fancy too without feeling guilty. Currently on a nutrition and workout guide with Stacey and the results after just after 8 weeks are huge! I’ve gained strength and lost scale weight meaning I’m feeling much... read more better about myself. The nutritional side is amazing, I love the food and weirdly eat more than I did before, it’s just about eating the right things for me. The personalised workouts are great and the app is amazing for keeping on top of your meals/workouts etc. 100% worth every penny, I’m so pleased I got onboard.
