Hi, I’m SJ
Welcome to a space where your health, fitness, and confidence are my top priorities. I’m passionate about ending the cycle of fad diets and extreme training regimes, and instead, I focus on how nutrition and exercise can genuinely add value to your life.
With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I’ve seen it all. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, helping them break through barriers and develop the knowledge and understanding needed to achieve lasting results. My approach is about adding value to your life, not taking away from it.
For the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life. From face-to-face Personal Training to Online Coaching, every interaction has taught me something valuable. I’ve listened to my clients’ challenges, celebrated their successes, and continuously refined my coaching methods to ensure that everyone I work with can achieve their goals.
The core of my 1-1 Online Coaching is empowerment. I believe in empowering you to take positive action that will improve your life through nutritious foods and effective exercise. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’re a seasoned athlete looking for the next challenge, I’m here to support you.

HOW IT STARTED AND WHY ?
“Give me 2 weeks” … that’s what my brother said to me 12 years ago.
My brother asked for me to trust him and give him 2 weeks of my life. After years of fad dieting, sporadic training and various gym memberships and seeing zero results, I’d given up hope of ever losing weight and changing my body composition.
I was in a larger body through my teens and continued to battle with my weight into my early 20’s. I tried every diet you can imagine (Atkins diet, Soup diets, Sacred Heart diet, Starving yourself diet ..to name a few !) and often did back-to-back exercise classes at my local sports centre. My weight did not change and I constantly felt poorly and drained.
Eventually, my brother stepped in and said enough is enough !! He asked me to give him 2 week of my life, to completely trust his guidance and his approach to weight loss and changing my body once and for all. I suppose that wasn’t too much to ask of me right ?! But trusting someone to guide and support you and to completely change your outlook is a big deal …
I did however trust him and it was the best decision I ever made. I saw more changes to my physical and overall well being after that two weeks then I’d seen in years of fad dieting and over training. This was the START !!!
